Back Story: 'a/part' was written in 2015 after a significant relationship of mine suddenly went south. The moment it did, thoughts of the individual were altered, yet I couldn't help but look back fondly on all the moments that came before. And I still do. The us that was endures and, to me, remains beautiful to this day.
